Featured Description (from the owner)
Despite the challenges that Covid-19 has created this year, we are excited to carefully present the beloved hanging Art Show inside the library as well as the debut of a Virtual Gallery wherein the artwork will all be available for viewing and buying online. Similarly, the Silent Auction will also be available online for bidding for the first time.
As in the past, we will present juried works by over 100 local and regional artists. The 2020 Juror is esteemed artist Tony D’Amico. Our Library Gallery will be set up with all social distancing considerations to create a safe space for our visitors.
A spectacular virtual Opening Premiere kicks off the show on the evening of Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 7 pm. This ticketed event begins with a festive online virtual program including insights from the team of artists dedicated to the Art Show, and exclusive interviews with some of Redding’s own internationally celebrated artists: Babbette Bloch, James Grashow, Robert Mars, Marc Mellon
